Here are some photos I took with my iPotato at the local weekly car meet. Lots of the usual american classics with a nice surprise in the mix.

This was the first time I got to see a C7 up close and it was absolutely stunning in that blue! There is still a part of me that takes a moment to comprehend that this is a Corvette; it is incredible how radically different it looks compared to its older siblings.

Where is birdie 1?

I'm not the biggest fan of the current Camaro and I'm starting to think that's because it's not possible to match the character of the classics.

On the other hand I still like the current Challenger...

As much as I like you C7, the C1 remains my favorite.

Pleasant surprise #1!

My excitement only grew as I saw an F430 moving around on the outskirts of the show but sadly I was unable to get a shot of it before it departed chasing a Lingenfelter CTS-V... However something equally awesome showed up in all its V10, gated shifter glory!

I'm nearly positive that this was the first tractor err... Lamborghini I've seen in the flesh.

The sound of that V10 is absolutely astounding!

Not sure if I could name a favorite Corvette, but the curvy, long hooded style of the first generation Corvettes, specially in red and white like this one, is just sooooo beautiful. Just looking at it makes me wanna take that top out and cruise under the neon night lights.

This is a fantastic photo of a fantastic car. And I couldn't agree more about the C1, especially the '58.

For a phone, the quality of these photos is fantastic. I've seen dedicated cameras that take worse pictures.

Completely agree, it's not often I see a C1 so I try to soak in all the details when the opportunity comes.

Thanks! I can't remember who but someone posted earlier about wiping off the camera lens of the phone prior to shooting; that said I'm sure what really helped was having beautiful cars to take pictures of in the first place, haha.
